10 everyday tips to care of yourself during the pandemic

1- Wash and clean

Wash your hands many times a day.
Wear a masc and gloves when you go shopping.
Leave your shoes and coat outside your door or clean them before entering the house
Preferably wear slippers inside your house
Shower, wash your hair daily
Wash your clothes regularly
